Founding Pastors

Reese and Lisa Hendricks

Reese and Lisa planted Mosaic in 2020, when they answered God’s call to start a church rooted in the Great Commission — making disciples who love and follow Jesus.

From the beginning, their vision has been clear:

A church grounded in Scripture, with teaching that is inspiring, relevant, and spiritually deep.
A church that actively serves and meets the practical needs of the community.
A church that prioritizes authentic relationships and biblical community, modeled after the early church in Acts 2:42-47.

Today, Mosaic is exactly that – a beautiful, organically flourishing Jesus-centered community where faith grows and relationships thrive.

Executive Associate

MacKenzie & Josh Enevold

Amicable, smart, and dedicated are just a few words to describe Josh & MacKenzie Enevold! They bring an array of talents, skills, and abilities to our team. Josh helps run production on Sunday mornings and lots of other behind the scenes tech support. MacKenzie is our Executive Associate, working countless projects in creative and resourceful ways! We love and appreciate the Enevolds and their deep passion for God and dedication to Mosaic’s mission. Everyday, they bless the whole congregation in a myriad of ways seen and unseen.

KIDS MINISTRY DIRECTORS

Cody and Tana Overcashier

Whoever said church was boring hadn’t met Cody & Tana! They always bring the fun and provide high energy for the Mosaic Kids community. The Overcashiers have several years of experience working with kids and youth. They are committed to showing each kid that they are valued and loved. Most of all, we appreciate Cody & Tana’s passion for God and the way they guide kids toward a deeper relationship with Christ.

Community Life, Worship, & Teaching

Aaron & Michelle Machtemes

As our Community Life Leaders, Aaron and Michelle foster connection and community throughout the congregation. They genuinely love helping people feel known and cared for. They have a shared passion and gifting in hospitality; creating a warm and welcoming space for people to connect with one another and grow in Christ-centered relationships.

Additionally, Michelle co-leads Mosaic’s worship team behind the scenes and as a gifted lead vocalist. Aaron, a talented teacher, serves in rotation on the teaching team, providing relevant and doctrinally sound sermons on Sunday mornings and in Life Groups. We love the Machtemes’, their passion for God and their passion for people!

Reese and Lisa were married in 2010 and have two children together: Reisa and Blake. Reese also has an adult daughter, Caesarea. The couple began ministry together in 2010 when they started a marriage enrichment ministry. Their ministry served over 100 couples through weekly classes, annual retreats and events. They have held various church leadership roles before planting Mosaic Christian Church. Lisa completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of St. Thomas, her master’s degree at St. Mary’s University, and her doctoral coursework in educational leadership at the University of Minnesota. Lisa is a licensed elementary school teacher and K-12 school principal and has worked in the field of education for over twenty years. Reese completed his bachelor’s degree in History & Education at Central Connecticut State University and his master’s degree in Counseling at Iowa State University. Reese is a licensed secondary social studies teacher and K-12 school counselor and has worked in the field of education for over twenty years. Reese received his minister’s ordination after completing credentialing coursework & requirements with the Assemblies of God, USA.
